Rule 194
Submission of bail

(1) Village development committee and municipality shall send the details of the amount deposited for telephone, water, electricity and other similar facilities to the district development committee in the prescribed format. After receiving such information, the office shall make a separate assessment of the bond amount and inform the village development committee and the municipality. The same procedure will have to be adopted for the District Development Committee.
(2) After receiving the notification according to sub-rule (1), the village development committee and the municipality shall report the amount in their accounts.
